I don't think the United States has ever intended to follow international law. The full situation of Israel, coming into being as a state the same year as the Human Rights Declaration, shows the inherent conflict - one that has never been resolved between ethics of human dignity and kinds of white supremacy. The Trump administration cares far more about reestablishing a world based fully on the later than any ideals. The American way is to get and stay rich specifically because we don't adhere to an ethics of humanism. The sooner the world faces that our marketing is an illusion, the better.

i don’t understand why the innocent adults are less of a priority than children. why must we keep prioritizing children? it’s gross.

In addition, it shows that behind this process and results is the industrialisation and capitalisation of the state's self-ascribed necessity and ability of defence
